CLAAS Id7650h / 7650h (449) – TR2 (A57-2) Transmission Module / Auto 5 module: Actual current measured on the return of solenoid valve SV1 is too high relative to the setpoint
Issue description
The control module is detecting a higher electrical current on the return circuit of the SV1 (Ratio under torque) solenoid valve than it is commanding. This condition triggers an audio warning and requests an "ISC" reset.

Check the cause
Check for a possible 12 V short circuit on the solenoid valve power supply harness.
Check the physical solenoid valve SV1 (Component designation: Y335-1).
Check the "Auto 5" module using the official CLAAS diagnostic tool (Tool n° 60 05 033 249).
Repair steps
Inspect the Wiring Harness
Trace the power supply and return harness for solenoid valve SV1 (Y335-1). Look for rubbed-through insulation, pinched wires, or melted connectors that could cause a 12V short circuit. Repair or replace the harness if any damage is found.
Test the Solenoid Valve (SV1)
Test the Y335-1 solenoid valve for internal electrical shorts or incorrect resistance values. If the solenoid coil is shorted internally, it will draw excessive current. Replace the solenoid valve if it fails testing.
Test the Auto 5 Module
If the wiring and solenoid are intact, connect the CLAAS diagnostic tool (n° 60 05 033 249) to the Auto 5 module (TR2 A57-2) to verify if the module itself has an internal fault causing it to misread the return current.
Replace Faulty Components
Change the Auto 5 module if the diagnostic tool indicates it is required.
Reset the System
Perform an "ISC" reset as requested by the system to clear the fault state and restore normal transmission operation.
