   Check for a possible 12 V short circuit on the solenoid valve power supply harness.

   Check the physical solenoid valve SV1 (Component designation: Y335-1).

   Check the 'Auto 5' module using CLAAS diagnostic tool n° 60 05 033 249.

   Inspect the Wiring Harness

   Locate the wiring harness routing to solenoid valve SV1 (Y335-1) on the transmission/Hexashift module. Visually and electrically test the harness for a 12V short circuit to ground or across the wires. Repair any chafed, melted, or pinched wires.

   Test the Solenoid Valve (SV1)

   If the wiring is intact, disconnect the SV1 solenoid valve (Y335-1). Use a multimeter to measure the resistance across the valve's pins. If the resistance is too low (causing it to pull more than the 1.4 A maximum allowable current), the solenoid valve has an internal short and must be replaced.

   Test the Control Module

   If both the harness and the solenoid valve test within normal parameters, the fault may lie in the control module. Connect CLAAS diagnostic tool n° 60 05 033 249 to test the 'Auto 5' module.

   If the diagnostic tool confirms a failure in the module's circuitry, replace the 'Auto 5' module. Clear the fault codes and test the machine's transmission operation.
