CLAAS 7652h – Claas Tr2 A57 2 Transmission Module: Low Current Measured on Solenoid Valve SV1 Return

The actual current measured on the solenoid valve SV1 return is less than the setpoint value. This may trigger an audio warning and request an ISC reset. The issue may be related to the solenoid valve supply harness or the solenoid valve itself.

   For a possible open circuit in the solenoid valve supply harness

   For a possible short circuit to earth on the solenoid valve

   The solenoid valve SV1 (Y335-1)

   Check the solenoid valve supply harness

   Inspect for any open circuits in the harness connected to the solenoid valve.

   Check for a short circuit to earth on the solenoid valve

   Inspect the solenoid valve for any short circuits to earth.

   Inspect the solenoid valve SV1 (Y335-1)

   Verify the condition of the solenoid valve SV1 (Y335-1).

   Use the “Auto 5” module with tool n° 60 05 033 249

   Use the “Auto 5” module with the specified tool to test and change the solenoid valve if required.
