CLAAS Id765Ah / 765Ah (459) – TR2 (A57-2) transmission module: Stack overload- Random behaviour
Issue description
Software or memory processing failure within the module, leading to a system response of "Random operation".
Applies to these machines
6 machines- CLAAS Axion 850-810
- CLAAS Axion 800
- CLAAS Arion 640-510
- CLAAS Arion 630-610
- CLAAS Arion 430-410
- CLAAS Axion 950-920
Check the cause
Note all error codes present on the tractor and analyze their interaction, as one error code can generate another.
Check the sources of energy to the TR2 (A57-2) module, including fuses, power supply, and ground connections. Voltage drops can cause module processing errors.
Check the connectors and continuity of the harnesses linking the TR2 component to ensure there are no short-circuits or open circuits.
Check the compatibility of the module's program versions, settings, and calibration.
Repair steps
Clear all error codes from the Cebis terminal / module memory.
Operate the tractor to see if the anomaly (random operation) returns.
If the code returns and all wiring, fuses, and grounds have been verified as good, the module is experiencing an internal software or hardware failure.
Attempt to re-flash or update the module's firmware using the CLAAS Diagnostic System (CDS) to resolve the stack overload.
If the module cannot be updated or the internal memory is permanently corrupted, replace the TR2 (A57-2) transmission module.
