CLAAS 7692h – Claas Tr3 A57 3 Transmission Module: Short-circuit to ground of the automatic hand brake disengaging solenoid valve

A short-circuit to ground has been detected in the automatic hand brake disengaging solenoid valve. This fault prevents the automatic hand brake from disengaging properly. A release screw can be used to manually disengage the automatic hand brake.

   The solenoid valve supply harness (Y324) for a possible open circuit

   The solenoid valve (Y324) for a possible short circuit to earth

   Use the release screw

   Manually disengage the automatic hand brake using the release screw.

   Inspect the solenoid valve supply harness (Y324)

   Check for a possible open circuit in the solenoid valve supply harness (Y324).

   Inspect the solenoid valve (Y324)

   Check for a possible short circuit to earth on the solenoid valve (Y324).

   Use the specified tool

   Use the “Auto 5” module with tool n° 60 05 033 249 to diagnose and, if required, replace the solenoid valve (Y324).
