CLAAS 7696h – Claas Tr3 A57 3 Transmission Module: Short-circuit to 12V of the automatic hand brake disengaging solenoid valve

A short-circuit to 12V has been detected in the power supply harness of the automatic hand brake disengaging solenoid valve. This fault prevents the automatic hand brake from engaging properly.

   The solenoid valve power supply harness (Y324) for a possible 12 V short circuit

   Inspect

   Inspect the solenoid valve power supply harness (Y324) for signs of damage, wear, or short-circuiting.

   Test

   Use the “Auto 5” module with tool n° 60 05 033 249 to test the solenoid valve power supply harness (Y324) for a 12 V short circuit.

   Replace

   If a short-circuit is confirmed, replace the solenoid valve power supply harness (Y324) as required.
