CLAAS 76A7h – Claas Reh A58 Lifting Module: Fault in Lifting Module REH (A58) - No Engine Running Information on Powertrain CAN Bus or Missing D+ Load Signal

Issue description

The REH (A58) lifting module is not receiving engine running information on the Powertrain CAN bus, or the information is incorrect. Additionally, the alternator’s D+ load signal is missing. This results in the lifting system being inactive.

Check the cause

  1. The Powertrain CAN bus network

  2. The TR2 transmission module (A57-2)

  3. The engine module ENG (A15)

  4. The lifting module REH (A58)

Repair steps

  1. Inspect the Powertrain CAN bus network

Check for any faults or disruptions in the Powertrain CAN bus network.

  2. Verify the TR2 transmission module (A57-2)

Ensure the TR2 transmission module is functioning correctly and communicating properly.

  3. Check the engine module ENG (A15)

Confirm that the engine module is transmitting correct engine running information.

  4. Test the lifting module REH (A58)

Ensure the lifting module is receiving and processing signals correctly.
