Id76B6h / 76B6h (733)

CLAAS Id76B6h / 76B6h (733) – REH (A58): Voltage of the transport damper control non valid.

Issue description

The system has detected an invalid voltage signal on the circuit responsible for the transport damper control. As a safety and operational precaution, the load control and transport damper functions are immediately rendered inactive by the system.

Applies to these machines

  • CLAAS Axion 810
  • CLAAS Axion 850
  • CLAAS Axion 920
  • CLAAS Axion 950
  • CLAAS Arion 410
  • CLAAS Arion 430
  • CLAAS Arion 510
  • CLAAS Arion 640

Check the cause

  1. Check the Lifting Control Panel (V22): Verify the voltage outputs and physical condition of the panel.

  2. Check the Lifting Module REH (A58): Ensure the module is receiving the correct inputs.

  3. Check the connectors and continuity of the harnesses linking the V22 control panel and the A58 lifting module.

  4. Check for any short-circuits or open circuits in the transport damper control wiring.

  5. Check the sources of energy (fuses, 12V power supply, and ground connections) for both modules.

Repair steps

  1. Verify the Code

Confirm the presence of code Id76B6h (733) via the tractor's Cebis terminal or the CLAAS METADIAG© diagnostic tool.

  2. Inspect Wiring

Locate the wiring harness running between the lifting control panel (V22) (typically located in the cab armrest/console) and the REH lifting module (A58) (often located under the right-hand console). Inspect for chafed wires, pinched harnesses, or corroded connector pins.

  3. Test Continuity and Voltage

Use a multimeter to test the continuity of the signal wires between V22 and A58. Verify that the V22 panel has a solid ground and is receiving proper operating voltage.

  4. Isolate the Component

If the wiring is intact and power/ground are verified, test the output signal directly from the V22 Lifting Control Panel. If the panel is outputting an erratic or out-of-range voltage when the transport damper is actuated, the V22 panel is faulty and must be replaced. If the V22 panel is outputting the correct voltage but the A58 module still registers the signal as "non valid," the internal circuitry of the REH (A58) module has failed.

  5. Clear Codes and Calibrate

After replacing the faulty component (V22 or A58), clear the error codes using METADIAG©. If the A58 module was replaced, it may require flashing/calibration to match the tractor's specific hydraulic configuration.

Parts you might need

(2)
  • Lifting Control Panel (V22)

Located in the cab; controls rear lifting and transport damper functions. Exact part number varies by VIN.

  • Rear Hydraulic Lifting Module (Auto 5) (A58 / REH)

Typically mounted under the right-hand console. Requires dealer programming if replaced. Exact part number varies by VIN.
