The ENG (A15) engine module does not receive the accelerator information on the Powertrain CAN bus, or this information is in error on the Powertrain CAN bus. As a safety and operational response, the engine remains locked in idle speed.

   Check the Powertrain CAN Bus Network connectors and harness continuity for short-circuits or open circuits

   Verify the TR2 (A57-2) transmission module is functioning and properly connected to the CAN bus

   Verify the ENG (A15) engine module's connections

   Check the power and ground sources (fuses, power supply) for both the TR2 and ENG modules

   Verify the Symptom

   Confirm the tractor is stuck in idle speed and the Id7713h code is active.

   Inspect Wiring

   Visually and electrically inspect the Powertrain CAN bus wiring harness between the TR2 (A57-2) module and the ENG (A15) module. Test for continuity and ensure there are no shorts to ground or open wires.

   Check Connectors

   Disconnect the harnesses at the TR2 and ENG modules. Inspect the pins for corrosion, moisture, or mechanical damage. Clean and reseat the connectors.

   Test Power/Ground

   Ensure both the TR2 and ENG modules are receiving proper voltage and have clean grounds.

   Software/Calibration

   Check the compatibility of the program versions, settings, and calibrations between the modules.
