CLAAS 7753h – Claas Eng A15 Engine Module: Mechanical failure of the electronic injector of cylinder n°1

A mechanical failure has occurred in the electronic injector of cylinder n°1, causing the engine to run with difficulty and misfire due to the inoperative ignition of the injector.

   The supply ducts and lateral supply tube of the electronic injector

   The flow restricter

   Electronic injector (Y320-1)

   The engine module ENG (A15)

   Inspect

   Inspect the supply ducts and lateral supply tube of the electronic injector for damage or blockage.

   Inspect

   Inspect the flow restricter for damage or blockage.

   Inspect

   Inspect the electronic injector (Y320-1) for signs of mechanical failure or damage.

   Inspect

   Inspect the engine module ENG (A15) for signs of malfunction or damage.

   Replace

   If any of the above components are found to be faulty, replace the affected component as needed.
