CLAAS Id7754h / 7754h (651 13) – Engine Control Module (ENG A15): QR code non valid of the electronic injector of cylinder n°1 / Calibration value missing

The ECU is reading an invalid calibration string, the value is missing, or the programmed QR string does not match what the ECU expects for that specific injector part number. As a result, the engine may run with difficulty, misfire, or suffer from fluctuating loads.

   Verify the Engine Module (ENG A15) for software updates, memory corruption, or compatibility of program versions and settings.

   Physically inspect the electronic injector on cylinder #1 (Y320-1) to ensure the part number is correct for the engine specification.

   Read the QR code/calibration string physically printed on the injector and compare it to the value currently stored in the Engine ECU.

   Connect diagnostic tool

   Connect a compatible diagnostic tool (such as CLAAS Metadiag) to the tractor's diagnostic port.

   Access Engine Control Module

   Access the Engine Control Module (ENG A15) and navigate to the injector calibration/coding section.

   Re-run manual calibration

   Manually enter the correct QR code/calibration string found on the cylinder #1 injector into the ECU.

   Replace injector if necessary

   If the ECU rejects the code, or if the injector is physically faulty/out of specification, the electronic injector (Y320-1) must be replaced.

   Program new injector

   If replacing the injector, install the new unit and program its new, unique QR code into the Engine ECU using the diagnostic tool.

   Clear error codes

   Clear all error codes from the system.

   Test run tractor

   Test run the tractor under load to ensure the anomaly does not reappear and that the engine runs smoothly.
