Id7755h / 7755h (652 02)

CLAAS Id7755h / 7755h (652 02) – ENG (A15) - Engine Control Module: Reference of the injector of cylinder n°2 non valid.

Issue description

This fault indicates that the calibration code (QR code string or part number data) programmed into the engine control unit for the cylinder #2 fuel injector is invalid, missing, or does not match what the system expects. As a result, the engine may run with difficulty, misfire, or operate in a degraded mode due to the invalid calibration of the injector.

Check the cause

  1. Verify ECU Programming: Check the engine module ENG (A15) to see if the injector calibration code currently programmed for cylinder #2 matches the physical code printed on the injector (Y320-2).

  2. Check Recent Service History: Determine if the injector for cylinder #2 was recently replaced. If it was, the technician likely failed to program the new injector's calibration string into the ECU.

  3. Inspect Wiring & Connections: Check the connectors and continuity of the harnesses linking the engine module to the electronic injector (Y320-2). Look for short-circuits, open circuits, or high resistance.

  4. Check Software Compatibility: Verify the compatibility of the ECU program versions, settings, and calibration files.

Repair steps

  1. Read the Physical Code

Locate the electronic injector for cylinder #2 (Component Y320-2) on the engine fuel rail. Read and write down the calibration QR code/string printed directly on the injector head.

  2. Connect Diagnostic Tool

Connect the CLAAS CDS (or John Deere Service ADVISOR) diagnostic tool to the tractor's diagnostic port.

  3. Program the Injector

Navigate to the Engine ECU (ENG A15) programming section. Enter the correct calibration string for cylinder #2.

  4. Clear Codes & Test

Clear the fault codes and run the engine. If the code does not return and the engine runs smoothly, the repair is complete.

  5. Replace Injector (If Necessary)

If the calibration string is correct but the fault persists (or if accompanied by circuit/current faults like 652 05 or 652 06), the injector's internal solenoid or electronics have failed. Depressurize the fuel system, remove the faulty injector, install a new injector with a new seal ring, and program the new injector's calibration code into the ECU.
