CLAAS Id7759h / 7759h (652 13) – Engine Control Module / ENG (A15): QR code non valid of the electronic injector of cylinder n°2

The Engine Control Unit has detected that the calibration value (QR string) entered for the cylinder #2 fuel injector is missing, invalid, or not what was expected, which may cause the engine to run with difficulty or misfire.

   Verify the Engine Module ENG (A15) and the Electronic Injector for cylinder 2 (designated as component Y320-2).

   Check the compatibility of the program versions, settings, and calibration values currently stored in the ECU.

   Verify the physical QR code printed on the cylinder #2 injector matches the data programmed into the engine module.

   Inspect the wiring harness and connectors linking the injector to the ECU for continuity, open circuits, or short circuits.

   Check the component's operating conditions (e.g., fuel pressure, temperature) to ensure a fluctuating load or rail pressure conflict isn't triggering a false calibration fault.

   Connect diagnostic tool

   Connect a compatible diagnostic tool (e.g., CLAAS CDS or Texa diagnostics) to the tractor's diagnostic port.

   Read error codes

   Read the current error codes and note the interaction between them to confirm Id7759h (652 13) is the primary fault.

   Locate injector and read QR code

   Locate the electronic injector for cylinder #2 (Y320-2) on the engine and read the alphanumeric QR calibration code stamped on the injector body.

   Re-run manual calibration

   Using the diagnostic tool, navigate to the injector calibration settings in the ENG (A15) module and re-run the manual calibration by entering the correct QR string.

   Replace injector

   If the ECU rejects the code, or if the injector is electrically/mechanically out of specification, replace the injector.
