CLAAS Id775Ah / 775Ah (653 02) – ENG (A15) - Engine Control Module: Reference of the injector of cylinder n°3 non valid.

The Engine Control Unit has detected that the reference (calibration data, QR code, or part number) programmed for the electronic fuel injector on cylinder #3 is invalid or incorrect. The engine may run with difficulty, run rough, or misfire due to the invalid calibration/balancing of the cylinder #3 injector.

   Verify that the Engine Module ENG (A15) software is up to date and functioning correctly.

   Inspect the electronic injector on cylinder #3 (Y320-3) and read the physical calibration code (QR code or reference number) printed directly on the injector body.

   Use a diagnostic tool to read the injector code currently programmed into the Engine ECU for cylinder #3 and compare it to the physical code on the injector to see if it has been corrupted or entered incorrectly.

   Connect Diagnostic Equipment

   Hook up the CLAAS CDS (Claas Diagnostic System) or a compatible diagnostic tool to the tractor's diagnostic port.

   Read Injector Codes

   Navigate to the Engine ECU (A15) settings and pull up the injector calibration/trim codes.

   Inspect Cylinder #3

   Locate cylinder #3 and write down the reference/QR code stamped on the top or side of the electronic injector (Y320-3).

   Reprogram the Injector

   If the code in the ECU does not match the physical injector (which often happens if an injector was replaced but not coded, or if the ECU lost memory), enter the correct reference code into the ECU and save the configuration.

   Verify Part Compatibility

   If the code cannot be accepted, verify that the installed injector is the correct part number for the specific engine tier/model.

   Clear and Test

   Clear the Id775Ah / 653 02 fault code. Start the engine and verify that it runs smoothly without misfires or difficulty.
