CLAAS Id7768h / 7768h (655 13) – ENG (A15): QR code non valid of the electronic injector of cylinder n°5

This code indicates that the calibration value (the QR string) entered for the cylinder #5 fuel injector is missing, invalid, or does not match what the engine control module expects. As a result, the engine may run with difficulty or misfire due to the invalid calibration of this injector.

   Verify the engine module ENG (A15) and the electronic injector for cylinder 5 (designated as component Y320-5)

   Verify the compatibility of program versions, settings, and calibration. Ensure the QR code physically printed on the cylinder #5 injector matches the string programmed into the ECU

   Check the connectors and continuity of the harnesses linking the injector to the ECU. Look for any short-circuits or open circuits

   Check the sources of energy (fuses, supply, and ground) to the engine module and injection system

   Re-run Manual Calibration

   Connect the CLAAS diagnostic tool (CDS) and navigate to the engine calibration settings. Re-enter the correct QR code / calibration string found on the body of the cylinder #5 injector.

   Test the Machine

   Clear all error codes, then run the tractor again to see if the anomaly reappears.

   Replace the Injector

   If the calibration string is correct but the fault persists, the fault could be caused by an injector that is out of specification, mechanically failing, or has a damaged internal solenoid. Replace the electronic injector (Y320-5).

   Program the New Injector

   If the injector is replaced, you must program the new injector's QR code into the ENG (A15) module, or this exact fault code will immediately return.
