   Check the Hydraulic CAN bus network for communication integrity.

   Check the connectors and continuity of the harnesses linking the HYD (A60) module and the Electrodistributor module (A105-1).

   Test the wiring for any short-circuits or open circuits.

   Check the sources of energy (fuses, 12V supply, and ground) to both the A60 and A105-1 modules.

   Check the compatibility of program versions, settings, and calibration for the hydraulic modules.

   Note all error codes present on the tractor, as CAN bus frame errors or voltage drops can generate cascading codes.

   Isolate the Fault

   Identify if the fault originates from a physical wiring issue or a module failure by performing the continuity and voltage checks listed above.

   Inspect Valve 1 (A105-1)

   Inspect the physical connection at electrodistributor 1. Clean the contacts and ensure the connector is seated properly.

   Recalibrate/Reprogram

   If the wiring is intact, attempt to re-initialize or recalibrate the hydraulic configuration via the CLAAS diagnostic tool to see if the 'Configuration' message format corrects itself.

   Replace Component

   If the configuration message remains corrupted and wiring is verified good, replace the faulty component (most likely the Electrodistributor module A105-1, or in rarer cases, the HYD A60 module).

   Clear and Test

   Clear all error codes from the system memory, then operate the tractor's hydraulic functions to verify the anomaly does not return.
