The system detects that the hydraulic spool valve 1 is being manually overridden, or the valve's internal sensor is stuck in a state that indicates manual actuation, which overrides the electronic control.

   Check if the manual override lever or button on Valve 1 is physically engaged, jammed, or mechanically seized

   Check the connectors and continuity of the harnesses linking the A105-1 electrodistributor module to the HYD (A60) module

   Check for any short-circuits or open circuits in the wiring

   Check the sources of energy (fuses, 12V supply, and ground) at the valve connector

   Check the component's resistance and operating conditions (pressure, temperature)

   Document Codes

   Note all error codes present on the tractor to ensure no cascading electrical faults are causing the issue.

   Locate the Valve

   Locate Valve 1 (electrodistributor module A105-1) on the rear hydraulic spool valve block.

   Inspect Manual Override

   Physically inspect the manual actuation mechanism on the valve. Clean away any debris and ensure the spool returns freely to its neutral position without mechanical binding.

   Inspect Connections

   Disconnect the electrical plug at the A105-1 module. Inspect the pins for corrosion, moisture, or damage.

   Test Wiring

   Using a multimeter, verify continuity between the valve connector and the HYD (A60) module. Verify that the valve is receiving proper voltage and has a solid ground.

   Replace the Valve Head

   If the wiring is intact, the manual override is not physically jammed, and the code persists, the internal position sensor or electronics within the electrodistributor module have failed. The electro-hydraulic valve head (often a Danfoss unit) must be replaced.

   Clear and Test

   Clear all error codes from the system, start the tractor, and operate the hydraulic remote to ensure the anomaly does not reappear.
