CLAAS Id77BDh / 77BDh (21) – HYD (A60): Supply voltage too low.
Issue description
The system has detected that the electrical supply voltage reaching the electrodistributor module 2 is below the required operational threshold.
Applies to these machines
9 machines- CLAAS Axion 800 Series
- Axion 800
- Axion 810
- Axion 850
- CLAAS Arion 400 Series

Check the cause
Check the connectors and the continuity of the wiring harnesses linking the HYD (A60) module to the electrodistributor module (A105-2)
Test the wiring for any short-circuits to ground or open circuits
Check the sources of energy, specifically the fuses, main power supply, and ground connections for the electrodistributor module ('VALVE' power supply)
Check the internal resistance of the electrodistributor module (A105-2) to see if it has failed internally
Verify there is no mechanical seizing, extreme temperature, or abnormal hydraulic pressure affecting the valve
Repair steps
Document Codes
Note all error codes present on the tractor. Analyze interactions, as a main power supply code might generate this specific low-voltage code.
Inspect Fuses
Locate the fuse box and inspect the fuse dedicated to the 'Electrodistributor module power supply (VALVE)'. Replace if blown, but investigate the cause of the short.
Test Voltage
Using a multimeter, probe the power and ground pins at the connector for the electrodistributor module (A105-2). Verify that the tractor is delivering standard battery/alternator voltage (typically 12V-14V) to the module.
Repair Wiring
If the voltage at the connector is low or non-existent, trace the harness back to the HYD (A60) module and repair any chafed wires, corroded pins, or loose grounds.
Replace Component
If the wiring, fuses, and supply voltage from the tractor are all within specification but the HYD module still registers a 'Supply voltage too low' fault for A105-2, the electrodistributor module itself has an internal fault and must be replaced.
Clear and Test
Clear all error codes from the system. Operate the tractor's hydraulics to ensure the anomaly does not reappear.
Parts you might need
(1)Electrodistributor Module (Valve 2) / Electrohydraulic Valve Module
CLAAS Component Number (CCN): A105-2. This is the electronic actuator/distributor head that mounts to the hydraulic spool valve block. Ensure you are replacing module #2 (A105-2), as the tractor has multiple identical modules (e.g., A105-1).
