CLAAS Id77BFh / 77BFh (23) – HYD (A60) - Hydraulic Module: The valve 2 drawer cannot reach the instruction

The physical spool (drawer) inside hydraulic valve 2 is failing to move to the position commanded by the system. As a safety response, the system forces electrodistributor 2 to return to neutral.

   Check the connectors and the continuity of the harnesses linking the HYD module to the electrodistributor for short-circuits or open circuits

   Check the sources of energy, including fuses, power supply voltage, and ground connections to the valve

   Check the internal resistance of the electrodistributor module's solenoids

   Inspect the valve for mechanical seizing (e.g., debris binding the spool) and verify operating conditions like hydraulic pressure and temperature

   Check the compatibility of the program versions and settings, and attempt to run a calibration on the hydraulic valves

   Document Codes

   Note all error codes present on the tractor (via the CEBIS terminal or METADIAG tool) and analyze if another code might be causing this anomaly.

   Inspect the Harness

   Disconnect the harness at electrodistributor valve 2 (A105-2) and inspect the pins for corrosion, moisture, or damage.

   Test the Valve

   Perform electrical tests (resistance/voltage) on the valve. Manually check if the valve drawer is mechanically seized due to hydraulic fluid contamination.

   Recalibrate

   If the electrical tests pass and the valve is not seized, use the diagnostic tool to recalibrate the hydraulic valve limits.

   Replace Component

   If the valve drawer remains mechanically seized, or the module fails electrical testing/calibration, replace the electrodistributor module (A105-2).

   Clear & Verify

   Clear all error codes from the HYD module memory and test the tractor's hydraulic functions to ensure the anomaly does not reappear.
