CLAAS Id77C6h / 77C6h (42) – HYD (A60): Error on internal driver output

The system forces a safety override where the electrodistributor 2 returns to neutral.

   Check the connectors and the continuity of the harnesses linking the HYD (A60) module to the electrodistributor module (A105-2)

   Check for any short-circuits or open circuits in the wiring

   Check the sources of energy (fuses, power supply voltage, and ground connections) to the valve

   Check the internal resistance of the A105-2 electrodistributor module

   Check for mechanical seizing, operating pressure, and temperature anomalies

   Check the compatibility of program versions, settings, and calibration

   Document & Analyze

   Note all error codes present on the tractor. Analyze interactions, as one code can generate another. Identify if Id77C6h is the root anomaly.

   Test the Valve

   Perform the electrical measurements (resistance/continuity) on the A105-2 module as outlined above.

   Manual Actuation Warning

   If you need to manually drive the slide valve from the electrodistributor for testing, do not use a standard screwdriver. Unadapted tools can damage the brass pin and permanently block the electrodistributor. Use a male Allen key or the specific driver tool available from the CLAAS spare parts department.

   Replace

   If the internal driver output has failed and wiring is intact, replace the electrodistributor module (A105-2).

   Clear & Retest

   Clear all error codes from the Cebis terminal/system, then operate the tractor's hydraulic functions to ensure the anomaly does not return.
