CLAAS Id77C7h / 77C7h (43) – HYD (A60): Internal position sensor of hydraulic valve 2 faulty

The internal position sensor of hydraulic valve 2 is faulty, with the system detecting a probable open circuit. As a direct safety response to this condition, the system forces electrodistributor 2 to automatically return to its neutral position.

   Note all error codes present on the tractor to analyze interactions, as one error code can generate another

   Check the connectors and the continuity of the wiring harnesses linking the HYD (A60) module to the electrodistributor module (A105-2)

   Inspect the wiring for any short-circuits or open circuits

   Check the internal resistance of the valve 2 position sensor

   Verify the sources of energy to the module, including fuses, power supply, and ground connections

   Check the component's physical operating conditions to rule out mechanical seizing, extreme temperatures, or abnormal hydraulic pressure

   Identify the error code at the origin of the anomaly (in this case, valve 2 position sensor open circuit).

   Locate the electrodistributor module (A105-2) on the tractor's hydraulic valve block.

   Disconnect the harness and perform the electrical continuity and resistance measurements required to isolate whether the open circuit is in the tractor's wiring harness or internal to the valve's sensor.

   If the wiring harness, power, and ground are intact, the internal position sensor of the electrodistributor is confirmed faulty.

   Replace the faulty electrodistributor module / spool valve assembly.

   Clear all error codes from the system.

   Test the tractor's hydraulic functions and operate valve 2 to ensure the anomaly does not appear again.
