CLAAS Id77D1h / 77D1h (17) – HYD (A60): Mandatory return to neutral
Issue description
Electrodistributor 3 is inactive until there is a return to neutral of the 3-line command.
Applies to these machines
2 machines- CLAAS Axion 850 - 810
- CLAAS Axion 950 - 920
Check the cause
Directly check the electrodistributor module (A105-3)
Check the connectors and the continuity of the harnesses linking the hydraulic components
Check for any short-circuits or open circuits in the wiring
Check the component's resistance and adjustment if required
Check all sources of energy, including fuses, power supply voltage, and ground connections
Verify the component's physical operating conditions (e.g., hydraulic pressure, temperature, and check for mechanical seizing)
Check the compatibility of program versions, settings, and calibration
Repair steps
Document Codes
Note all error codes present on the tractor and identify the nature of each.
Analyze Interactions
Analyze the interaction between the error codes, as one error code can generate another, to isolate the root cause.
Perform Tests
Execute the electrical and mechanical tests/measurements listed in the diagnostic checks above to resolve the anomaly.
Clear and Retest
Clear all error codes from the system, then operate the tractor again to see if the anomaly reappears.
Replace
If the electrodistributor module fails the resistance, continuity, or mechanical checks and cannot be calibrated, replace the component.
Parts you might need
(1)Electrodistributor Module 3 (A105-3)
Ensure the replacement module is compatible with the HYD (A60) hydraulic control unit on Axion 800 and 900 series tractors. Calibration/programming may be required upon installation.
