The internal spool (drawer) of hydraulic valve number 3 is failing to physically reach the position commanded by the control unit. This is typically caused by mechanical binding/seizing, a lack of hydraulic pressure, or an electrical failure in the valve's actuator.

   Locate the electrodistributor module (A105-3), which controls hydraulic valve 3

   Check for primary voltage or CAN bus errors that might generate this specific valve error

   Check the sources of energy including fuses, 12V power supply, and ground connections

   Check the connectors and test the continuity of the wiring harnesses linking the HYD (A60) module to the A105-3 electrodistributor for short or open circuits

   Verify the component's electrical resistance and physical adjustment

   Evaluate the hydraulic system's operating conditions, checking for proper system pressure and operating temperature

   Inspect the valve spool for mechanical seizing caused by dirt or debris in the hydraulic fluid

   Check the compatibility of program versions, settings, and calibration

   Analyze Codes

   Note all error codes present on the tractor. Analyze the interaction between them, as a primary voltage or CAN bus error can generate this specific valve error.

   Perform Diagnostics

   Carry out the electrical and mechanical tests to check wiring, power, resistance, and operating conditions.

   Free the Spool / Replace

   If the spool is mechanically seized and cannot be freed by cleaning, or if the internal actuator has failed the resistance tests, the electrodistributor module (A105-3) / hydraulic spool valve must be replaced.

   Reassembly & Calibration

   Install the new valve. If required by the diagnostic software, perform a calibration routine so the HYD module can learn the end-stops of the new valve drawer.

   Clear & Test

   Clear all error codes from the system, then test operate the tractor's hydraulic functions until you are certain the anomaly does not reappear.
