Id77D5h / 77D5h (24)

CLAAS Id77D5h / 77D5h (24) – HYD (A60): The valve 3 drawer has exceeded the instruction.

Issue description

The electrodistributor 3 automatically returns to neutral.

Applies to these machines

  • Axion 800 series
  • Axion 810
  • Axion 850

Check the cause

  1. Check the connectors and the continuity of the wiring harnesses linking the electrodistributor module to the HYD (A60) module

  2. Check for any short-circuits or open circuits in the wiring

  3. Check the sources of energy, including fuses, power supply, and ground connections

  4. Check the internal resistance of the electrodistributor module (A105-3)

  5. Check for mechanical seizing of the valve drawer, as well as operating pressure and temperature

  6. Check the compatibility of program versions, settings, and calibration if required

Repair steps

  1. Identify and Isolate

Note the error codes present and identify if Id77D5h is the root cause or generated by another anomaly.

  2. Inspect Valve 3

Physically inspect the electrodistributor valve 3 (A105-3) for mechanical binding (seizing) that would cause the drawer to exceed its instructed position.

  3. Electrical Testing

Perform the continuity, resistance, and voltage checks outlined above.

  4. Replace/Adjust

If the valve drawer is mechanically seized or the solenoid resistance is out of spec, replace the electrodistributor module (A105-3). If it is a calibration issue, perform the component's adjustment/calibration procedure.

  5. Clear and Test

Clear all error codes from the HYD module, then test-operate the tractor's hydraulic valve 3 to ensure the anomaly does not reappear.

Parts you might need

(1)
  • Electrodistributor module (Valve 3) / Spool Valve

Must be compatible with the CLAAS Axion 800 series hydraulic valve stack (Component ID: A105-3).
