CLAAS Id77D6h / 77D6h (25) – HYD (A60): The drawer (spool) of valve 3 cannot reach the floating position instruction.

The system detects that the mechanical spool inside the hydraulic electrodistributor valve #3 is failing to physically shift into the requested "float" position. As a safety measure, the system forces electrodistributor 3 to return to the neutral position.

   Check the Electrodistributor Module (A105-3): This is the primary component flagged by the code.

   Check the connectors and continuity of the wiring harnesses linking the HYD (A60) module to the A105-3 electrodistributor.

   Test for any short-circuits or open circuits in the wiring.

   Check the sources of energy (fuses, 12V supply, and ground) to the Sauer-Danfoss valve block.

   Check the component's operating conditions. Since the code specifies the drawer (spool) cannot reach a position, check for mechanical seizing of the spool, hydraulic pressure issues, or temperature extremes.

   Clear all error codes, then operate the tractor's #3 hydraulic remote to see if the anomaly returns.

   Isolate the Valve

   Identify electrodistributor valve #3 on the rear hydraulic stack.

   Inspect the Actuator

   Remove the electrical connector to the Danfoss actuator head on valve #3. Inspect for corrosion, bent pins, or moisture ingress.
