CLAAS Id77E7h / 77E7h (21) – HYD (A60): Supply voltage too low

The system has detected that the electrical supply voltage reaching the electrodistributor module for Valve 4 is below the required operational threshold.

   Verify the physical condition of the Valve 4 electrodistributor module (A105-4)

   Check the connectors and the continuity of the wiring harnesses linking the HYD (A60) module to the A105-4 electrodistributor

   Test the circuit for any short-circuits to ground or open circuits

   Check power sources, specifically fuses, the main power supply line, and ground connections to ensure the voltage drop isn't originating at the fuse box or battery

   Check the internal electrical resistance of the A105-4 electrodistributor solenoid

   Inspect for mechanical seizing, excessive temperature, or abnormal pressure that might cause the solenoid to draw excessive current and drop the voltage

   Note and Analyze

   Note all error codes present on the tractor. Analyze interactions, as a main power supply code might generate this specific valve code.

   Test

   Perform the multimeter tests (voltage, resistance, continuity) on the A105-4 electrodistributor module and its harness as outlined above.

   Repair Wiring

   If a harness is chafed or a connector is corroded (causing high resistance and low voltage), repair or replace the connector/wiring.

   Replace Component

   If the wiring, fuses, and power supply are all delivering the correct voltage to the connector, but the fault persists or the solenoid fails the resistance check, replace the electrodistributor module (A105-4).

   Calibrate

   Check if compatibility of program versions, settings, or calibration is required for the new valve.

   Clear and Verify

   Clear all error codes from the HYD (A60) module, then test the tractor's hydraulic functions to ensure the anomaly does not reappear.
