The valve 4 drawer [spool] does not return to its neutral position (whether by the force of the return spring or applying a current). Electrodistributor 4 is forced to return to neutral or becomes inactive to prevent unintended hydraulic movement.

   Check the connectors and the continuity of the wiring harnesses linking the HYD (A60) module to the A105-4 electrodistributor

   Check for any short-circuits or open circuits in the wiring

   Check the sources of energy to the valve, including fuses, 12V supply voltage, and ground connections

   Measure the internal resistance of the electrodistributor's solenoids to ensure they are within spec

   Check the component's operating conditions for physical issues such as mechanical seizing of the valve drawer (spool), extreme temperatures, or abnormal hydraulic pressure

   Check the compatibility of the program versions, settings, and calibration of the hydraulic module

   Identify the Source

   Note all error codes present on the tractor. Analyze if another code (such as a CAN bus or voltage error) is causing the HYD module to lose control of the valve.

   Inspect Valve 4 (A105-4)

   Locate electrodistributor 4 at the rear hydraulic block. Disconnect the electrical harness and inspect the pins for corrosion, moisture, or damage.

   Test the Spool

   Manually actuate or test the spool to see if it is physically jammed due to debris in the hydraulic fluid or a broken internal return spring.

   Resolve Mechanical Seizing

   If the valve is seized, attempt to clean the valve block and flush the hydraulic fluid. If the internal spring is broken or the solenoid is burnt out, the electrodistributor module must be replaced.

   Clear Codes and Calibrate

   After repairing or replacing the valve, clear all error codes from the HYD (A60) module. Perform a hydraulic valve calibration procedure via the CEBIS terminal or CLAAS diagnostic tool.

   Test Operation

   Try the tractor's auxiliary hydraulics again until you confirm the anomaly does not reappear and the valve centers correctly.
