The drawer (spool) of auxiliary hydraulic valve 4 is not in the neutral position upon activation of the auxiliary hydraulic system. As a safety measure, the system forces Electrodistributor 4 to remain in neutral, disabling the function of that specific hydraulic valve.

   Check the connectors and continuity of the wiring harnesses linking the A105-4 electrodistributor to the A60 HYD module

   Test the circuit for any short-circuits to ground/power or open circuits

   Verify the sources of energy (fuses, power supply, and ground) reaching the valve module

   Check for mechanical seizing of the valve drawer, temperature anomalies, or pressure issues

   Depressurize the System

   Turn off the tractor engine, lower all implements to the ground, and cycle the hydraulic controls to relieve any residual pressure in the system.

   Locate the Component

   Locate the auxiliary hydraulic valve stack at the rear of the tractor and identify Valve 4 (Electrodistributor module A105-4).

   Inspect Wiring

   Disconnect the electrical connector at the A105-4 module. Inspect the pins for corrosion, pushed-out terminals, or moisture. Clean with contact cleaner if necessary.

   Test Electrical Supply

   With the key ON, use a multimeter to verify that the module is receiving the correct reference voltage and ground from the HYD (A60) module.

   Check for Mechanical Binding

   If the electrical circuit is sound, the valve spool (drawer) may be physically stuck due to debris or internal wear. Carefully remove the electrodistributor actuator from the valve body and check if the spool moves freely.

   Replace the Module

   If the spool is seized and cannot be freed, or if the spool moves freely but the actuator has failed internally, replace the Electrodistributor module (A105-4).

   Clear Codes and Calibrate

   Reconnect the wiring. Use a CLAAS diagnostic tool (such as METADIAG) to clear the fault codes. Run the tractor and test the auxiliary hydraulic valve 4 to ensure the code does not return and the valve returns to neutral properly.
