CLAAS Id7801h / 7801h (26) – HYD (A60) Hydraulic Module: Valve 5 is subject to manual action

The system has detected that the spool valve/electrodistributor number 5 is being manually overridden or is stuck in a state that mimics manual actuation, preventing normal electronic control.

   Check the connectors and the continuity of the wiring harnesses linking the HYD (A60) module to the electrodistributor module (A105-5)

   Check for any short-circuits or open circuits in the wiring

   Check the sources of energy, including fuses, power supply voltage (must be between 8V and 36V), and ground connections

   Check the internal resistance of the electrodistributor module (A105-5)

   Inspect the valve for mechanical seizing, excessive temperature, or abnormal hydraulic pressure that could cause the spool to stick

   Check the compatibility of the program versions, settings, and ensure the valve calibration is correct

   Perform diagnostic checks

   Perform the diagnostic checks listed above to rule out wiring, voltage, or mechanical binding issues.

   Clear error code

   Clear the error code from the system using the diagnostic terminal.

   Cycle power and test

   Cycle the tractor's power and test the hydraulic functions to see if the anomaly returns.

   Replace electrodistributor module

   If the error code appears again after clearing and verifying the wiring/power supply, the electrodistributor module (Valve 5) has failed internally and must be replaced.
