CLAAS Id7805h / 7805h (42) – HYD (A60): Error on internal driver output

Indicates an 'Error on internal driver output'. When this fault is triggered, the system's safety response is to force electrodistributor 5 (spool valve 5) to return to its neutral position.

   Check the connectors and the continuity of the wiring harnesses linking the HYD (A60) module to the A105-5 electrodistributor

   Check for any short-circuits to ground, short-circuits to power, or open circuits in the wiring

   Check the sources of energy, including fuses, power supply voltage, and ground connections to the module

   Check the internal resistance of the electrodistributor component

   Check for mechanical seizing of the valve drawer, operating pressure, and temperature anomalies

   Identify and Isolate

   Note all error codes present on the tractor to ensure Id7805h is the root anomaly and not a cascaded error from a CAN bus failure.

   Inspect Wiring

   Locate the electrodistributor module 5 (A105-5) on the rear hydraulic valve stack. Disconnect the harness and inspect the pins for corrosion, pushed-out pins, or moisture ingress.

   Test the Circuit

   Using a multimeter, verify that the A105-5 module is receiving proper operating voltage and has a clean ground. Perform a continuity test between the valve connector and the HYD (A60) module.

   Test the Valve

   Measure the resistance of the valve's internal solenoid/driver. If the resistance is out of specification or if the internal driver is shorted (as the code suggests), the valve itself is defective.

   Replace the Component

   If the wiring is intact and the power supply is correct, replace the faulty electrodistributor module (spool valve 5).

   Clear and Verify

   Clear all error codes from the system using the diagnostic interface. Operate the tractor and cycle the hydraulic remote to ensure the anomaly does not return and the valve functions normally.
