   Inspect the physical integrity of the Hydraulic CAN Bus network

   Check the connectors and continuity of the harnesses linking the HYD (A60) module to the CAN bus

   Check for any short-circuits or open circuits on the CAN lines

   Check the sources of energy to the module, including all relevant fuses, power supply lines, and ground connections

   Check the component's operating conditions (e.g., pressure, temperature, mechanical seizing)

   Visual & Physical Inspection

   Locate the HYD (A60) module and inspect its main wiring harness connector. Look for pushed-out pins, corrosion, or moisture ingress.

   Wiring Test

   Using a multimeter, verify that the HYD module is receiving proper 12V power and has a solid ground.

   CAN Bus Test

   Measure the resistance across the Hydraulic CAN bus (with batteries disconnected) to ensure the terminating resistors are intact (typically ~60 ohms). Check for shorts to ground or shorts to power on the CAN High and CAN Low lines.

   Software/Calibration Check

   Check the compatibility of the program versions, settings, and calibration of the module using the CLAAS Diagnostic System (CDS).

   Module Replacement

   If the wiring, power, ground, and CAN bus integrity are all confirmed to be good, but the module still fails to transmit messages, the HYD (A60) module itself has failed internally and must be replaced or sent out for repair.
