Check the cause
Analyze all present error codes to identify potential line interrupts or power issues generating multiple codes.
Check the connectors and continuity of the harnesses linking the HYD (A60) module to the CAN bus network.
Check for any short-circuits or open circuits on the CAN bus lines.
Check the sources of energy to the HYD (A60) module, including fuses, power supply voltage, and ground connections.
Verify the component's operating conditions such as pressure, temperature, and mechanical seizing.
Repair steps
Inspect Wiring
Visually inspect the wiring harness leading to the HYD (A60) module for chafing, corrosion, or backed-out pins.
Test Power/Ground
Using a multimeter, verify that the HYD (A60) module is receiving proper 12V power and has a solid ground.
Test CAN Network
Measure the resistance and voltage on the Hydraulic CAN bus lines to ensure the network is intact and not shorted to power or ground.
Replace Module
If the wiring, power, ground, and CAN lines test good, the internal CAN transceiver of the HYD (A60) module has failed. The HYD (A60) module must be replaced.
Clear Codes
After replacing the module or repairing the wiring, clear all error codes from the system.
Test Drive
Operate the tractor to confirm the anomaly does not appear again.
