CLAAS Id7830h / 7830h – HYD (A060): The 1 valve is no longer detected. Valve faulty or disconnected.

The tractor's network has lost communication with Hydraulic Valve 1 (designated in CLAAS schematics as component A117 - Module for control valve 1 / DEH control valve 1).

   Check the connectors and the continuity of the wiring harnesses linking the A117 valve to the A060 HYD module

   Check for any short-circuits or open circuits in the wiring

   Check the sources of energy. Ensure the valve is receiving its 12-volt supply (often routed via the UBM box) and has a solid ground, and check related fuses

   Check the electrical resistance of the valve's solenoid/module

   Check for mechanical seizing, extreme temperatures, or pressure anomalies at the hydraulic block

   Identify the Fault

   Display the error code on the terminal and physically locate Hydraulic Valve 1 (A117) on the rear electro-hydraulic distributor block.

   Inspect Connections

   Disconnect the electrical plug to Valve 1. Clean the contacts and check for pushed-out pins, corrosion, or wire chafing. Reconnect securely.

   Test / Replace

   If the wiring and power supply are intact but the valve is still not detected, the electronic module on the valve itself has failed. Remove and replace the faulty electro-hydraulic spool valve section.

   System Reset

   The tractor is designed to return to normal operating mode automatically once the CAN message from the valve is successfully received again.

   Clear Codes

   Clear all error codes from the HYD module, then test the tractor's hydraulic functions to ensure the anomaly does not reappear.
