CLAAS Id7834h / 7834h – HYD (A60): The 5 valve is no longer detected. Valve faulty or disconnected.

The tractor's control system has lost electrical continuity or CAN communication with the #5 electrohydraulic remote/spool valve. The system registers an open circuit, a disconnected harness, or a complete internal failure of the valve's solenoid.

   Display the error code and view the status of the appropriate valve (Valve 5) directly in the "Cebis" monitor

   Check the connectors and the continuity of the wiring harnesses linking the HYD (A60) module to the #5 spool valve

   Check the wiring for any short-circuits to ground or open circuits

   Check the component's internal resistance (the solenoid coil on the valve) to see if it has failed open

   Check the sources of energy, including fuses, power supply, and ground connections to the rear hydraulic block

   Verify there is no mechanical seizing, extreme temperature, or pressure anomaly causing the valve to fail

   Identify the Valve

   Locate the rear hydraulic valve stack and identify spool valve slice #5.

   Inspect the Connection

   Disconnect the electrical plug at the valve. Inspect the pins for corrosion, pushed-back terminals, or moisture ingress. Clean and apply dielectric grease if necessary.

   Test the Solenoid

   If the wiring harness tests fine (supplying proper voltage/ground from the A60 module), the valve's electronic head/solenoid has failed.

   Replace the Valve/Head

   Relieve hydraulic pressure. Unbolt the faulty electrohydraulic spool valve (or just the electronic actuator head, depending on the specific Rexroth block configuration) and install the replacement.

   Clear Codes

   Reconnect the harness. Turn on the tractor and clear all error codes in the CEBIS terminal.

   Test

   Try the tractor's hydraulic functions again. The tractor returns to normal mode once the message is received.
