CLAAS Id783Ch / 783Ch – HYD (A60): Valve 3 is disconnected from the CSM because it is locked

Valve 3 is disconnected from the CSM (Claas Sequence Management) because it is locked, making Hydraulic Valve 3 unavailable. The system is programmed to automatically attempt to relaunch the CSM sequence after 20 seconds. If the system fails to recover, a manual reset of the CSM is required.

   Wait 20 seconds to see if the CSM sequence relaunches automatically. If nothing happens, manually reset the CSM.

   Access the hydraulic valve block. Disconnect the harness at Valve 3 and at the HYD (A60) module. Inspect the pins for corrosion, pushed-out terminals, or moisture ingress.

   Measure the resistance of the Valve 3 solenoid. If the resistance is out of specification or the valve is mechanically seized/locked, the valve must be replaced.
