CLAAS Id7842h / 7842h – HYD (A60): Hydraulic output 1 is unavailable

The system detects that the hydraulic output is locked or unresponsive. As a safety measure, after 20 seconds, the CSM (CLAAS Sequence Management) sequence is automatically disconnected/stopped.

   Verify the status of the CLAAS Sequence Management (CSM) system

   Inspect the connectors and continuity of the wiring harnesses linking the HYD (A60) module and Hydraulic Output 1

   Test the circuit for any short-circuits or open circuits

   Check the sources of energy to the hydraulic module, including fuses, power supply, and ground connections

   Inspect the physical operating conditions of Hydraulic Output 1 (check for proper pressure, temperature, and any signs of mechanical seizing)

   Check the compatibility of program versions, settings, and calibration

   Reset the CSM

   Reset the CSM (CLAAS Sequence Management).

   Relaunch Sequence

   Wait for the sequence to be relaunched. If the sequence remains locked and nothing happens after the reset, proceed to hardware troubleshooting.

   Clear Codes & Retest

   Clear all error codes from the system, then operate the tractor again to see if the anomaly returns.

   Component Replacement

   If the wiring, power, and CSM reset do not resolve the issue, replace the faulty component (either the HYD A60 module or the specific hydraulic output valve).
