CLAAS Id784Dh / 784Dh – HYD (A60): Front lifting activated but position unchanged

The control module has commanded the front linkage to move, but the position sensor is not detecting any corresponding physical movement.

   Check the connectors and the continuity of the wiring harnesses linking the HYD (A60) module to the B369 solenoid valve.

   Check for any short-circuits or open circuits in the wiring.

   Check the resistance of the B369 solenoid valve.

   Check the sources of energy, including fuses, power supply voltage, and ground connections.

   Check the component's physical operating conditions, such as hydraulic pressure, temperature, and ensure there is no mechanical seizing of the front linkage or the valve spool.

   Check the component's adjustment and calibration settings.

   Document

   Note all error codes present on the tractor to see if another code (like a CAN bus or sensor error) is generating this anomaly.

   Inspect

   Perform the visual and multimeter tests on the B369 solenoid valve and its wiring as outlined in the diagnostic checks.

   Resolve Mechanical/Hydraulic Issues

   Ensure the front linkage is not physically jammed and that the hydraulic pump is delivering adequate pressure to the front circuit.

   Replace

   If the wiring is intact, hydraulic pressure is verified, and the linkage is not seized, replace the faulty front lifting control solenoid valve (B369).

   Clear & Test

   Clear all error codes from the HYD (A60) module, then operate the front linkage to test the tractor and verify the anomaly does not return.
