CLAAS A02Fh – HYD (A60): Valve 2 Internal Calculation Error

An internal calculation error has occurred within the electronic control system of electro-hydraulic Valve 2, resulting in a value that is out of its expected range. This is a software or processing error rather than a standard electrical fault like a short or open circuit. As a safety measure, the HYD (A60) module commands Valve 2 to return to its neutral position.

   Note and clear the A02Fh fault code and any other active codes from the HYD (A60) module

   Operate the machine and specifically use the hydraulic function controlled by Valve 2 to see if the fault reoccurs

   Check the tractor's system voltage, as unstable, low, or high supply voltage can trigger valve-related faults

   Inspect electrical connectors and the wiring harness leading to the main hydraulic valve block for damage, corrosion, or loose connections

   Clear the error

   Using a diagnostic tool, clear the A02Fh fault from the hydraulic controller's memory.

   Replace the valve

   If the error reappears after being cleared, the internal electronics of the valve are considered faulty. Replace the valve assembly or the specific solenoid/valve section.
