CLAAS A052h – HYD (A60): Valve 2 Command Value Impossible

The HYD (A60) control module has determined that the command value for the '2 valve' (A59-2 electrodistributor module) is impossible. As a result, the system commands the valve to return to a neutral position. This indicates an issue with the electrical control or an internal mechanical function of the specified hydraulic valve.

   Review related fault codes logged by the HYD (A60) module (e.g., IdA03Ch for low supply voltage, IdA03Dh for microcontroller communication, or IdA03Fh for spool position failure) for additional diagnostic clues

   Check for low hydraulic oil temperature, as high oil viscosity during cold starts can cause valve performance issues. Allow the oil to warm up thoroughly and re-test

   Verify system voltage from the alternator and battery, as low voltage can trigger valve command errors

   Check fuses and ensure a stable power supply and ground to the HYD (A60) module and the A59-2 valve connector

   Inspect the connectors and wiring harness between the HYD (A60) module and the '2 valve' for damage, corrosion, open circuits, or short circuits

   Immobilize tractor

   Safely immobilize the tractor and relieve hydraulic pressure.

   Disconnect battery

   Locate and identify the '2 valve' electrodistributor on the hydraulic valve block.
