Deutz-Fahr 1093: SCR Heater Relay Return Line Short Circuit to Ground

A short circuit has been detected in the return line of the SCR heater relay to ground. This fault is also associated with a ground short circuit in the Ad Blue return line. The issue may affect the proper operation of the SCR system.

   Inspect

   Visually inspect the SCR heater relay return line and Ad Blue return line for physical damage, wear, or contact with grounded components.

   Test

   Use a multimeter to test for continuity between the SCR heater relay return line and ground. Repeat the test for the Ad Blue return line.

   Repair

   If a short circuit is confirmed, repair or replace the affected wiring or connections. Ensure all connections are properly insulated and secured.
