Check the cause
Check the CAN-Bus Voltage Supply: Inspect the central electrical system / fuse board (A013) to ensure it is outputting the correct voltage to the CAN bus.
Inspect Fuses: Specifically check microfuses F040 and F041 located on the A013 fuse board, as these protect the CAN bus power supply.
Wiring Inspection: If the fuses are intact, check the CAN bus wiring harness running to the rear PTO for continuity, corrosion, or shorts to ground.
Repair steps
Access fuse board
Turn off the tractor and access the central electrical system panel to locate the A013 fuse board.
Locate fuses
Locate microfuses F040 and F041.
Test and replace fuses
Test both fuses. If either is blown, replace it with a new fuse of the identical amperage rating (refer to the fuse panel diagram for the exact rating).
Check for short circuit
Turn the tractor back on. If the fuses blow again immediately, you have a short circuit in the CAN bus wiring harness that must be traced and repaired.
Inspect and replace A013 board
If the fuses are good but the fault persists, inspect the A013 printed circuit board itself. Look for burnt traces, damaged pins, or poor solder joints. If the board fails to supply voltage to the CAN bus, the A013 board must be replaced.
Clear fault codes
Clear the fault codes using the tractor's terminal or the FENDIAS diagnostic tool.
