Check the cause
Check fuses F040 and F041 on the A013 printed circuit board (microfuses) for voltage supply issues
Verify that the A013 fuse board itself is receiving and distributing power correctly
Inspect the CAN-Bus wiring harness between the A013 fuse board and the A002/A005 ECU for breaks, chafing, or short circuits
Reference OEM Training 'Service Training EPC C (Document X990.005.023.026en)' for advanced diagnostics
Repair steps
Access the Fuse Panel
Turn off the tractor ignition. Remove the interior panel on the right side of the cab to access the A013 printed circuit board (microfuse panel).
Inspect and Replace Fuses
Locate fuses F040 and F041 on the A013 board. Test them with a multimeter for continuity. If blown, replace them with OEM-spec microfuses of the exact same amperage.
Test CAN-Bus Voltage
Turn the ignition on and use a multimeter to verify that the CAN-Bus is receiving proper voltage from the A013 board.
Repair/Replace the A013 Board
If the fuses are intact but there is no voltage output to the CAN-Bus, the A013 printed circuit board has likely failed internally. Remove the board and either send it out for mechatronic repair or replace it with a new OEM unit.
Clear Codes
Once power is restored, use the tractor's terminal or the FENDIAS diagnostic tool to clear the 0.0.19 fault code and test the front power lift for proper operation.
