Fendt 0.1.54 – Instrument Cluster (Dashpanel / A007): B019 - Compressed air tank pressure sensor (Trailer brake air supply pressure sensor) fault
Issue description
Sensor fault, wiring fault, or 12 V supply fault causing the system to lose electronic feedback regarding the pneumatic trailer brake air supply, resulting in a 'No display' symptom for the compressed air indicator on the dashboard.

Check the cause
Check the 12V supply to verify that the sensor is receiving power from the instrument cluster harness
Inspect the wiring harness and connectors between the B019 sensor and the dashpanel for chafed wires, broken pins, or corrosion
Verify physical air pressure to ensure the air compressor is building pressure in the tank (typically up to 8.1 bar) to rule out a mechanical pneumatic failure
Use the FENDIAS diagnostic tool to monitor the live voltage output of the B019 sensor to confirm if the signal is dead or out of range
Repair steps
Depressurize the System
Safely park the tractor on level ground. Completely drain/relieve the compressed air from the storage tank before attempting to remove the sensor to prevent injury.
Locate the Sensor
Locate the B019 pressure sensor, which threads directly into the compressed air supply line or the air tank.
Disconnect Electronics
Unplug the electrical connector from the sensor.
Remove the Sensor
Unscrew the faulty sensor from the pneumatic port.
Clean the Port
Ensure the threads and the air line are clean and free of debris, as contaminated air systems can cause premature sensor failure.
Install the New Sensor
Thread the new OEM pressure sensor into the port and tighten to the manufacturer's torque specification.
Reconnect and Test
Reconnect the wiring harness. Start the tractor and allow the air compressor to build up pressure.
Verify Operation
Check for air leaks around the new sensor's threads. Verify that the compressed air indicator on the dashpanel is now functioning. Clear the 0.1.54 fault code using the FENDIAS system.
