Fendt 00.1.54 – Instrument Cluster: Compressed Air Unit Pressure Sensor Fault

The system has detected a fault with the compressed air unit pressure sensor (B060), which may be due to a faulty sensor, signal fault, wiring fault, or a 12V supply fault. As a result, the compressed air display on the dashboard will not function, and on some models, 4WD is automatically engaged until the next cold start as a safety precaution.

   Verify the 12V supply to the sensor by checking the corresponding fuse for the instrument cluster/sensor circuit (e.g., A013 fuse 25 on some 300/400/700 series).

   Inspect the wiring harness and the connector at the B060 sensor for corrosion, broken wires, or a short to ground.

   Perform a mechanical pressure test by connecting a test gauge to the 'red' single-line coupling (supply) and comparing it with the digital display to rule out a pneumatic leak or compressor issue.

   Depressurize the system

   Turn off the tractor engine and safely bleed all compressed air from the air tanks to prevent injury.

   Locate the sensor

   Locate the B060 compressed air supply sensor, which is threaded into the compressed air tank/supply circuit.

   Disconnect harness

   Unplug the electrical harness connector from the B060 sensor.

   Remove sensor

   Unscrew the faulty sensor from the air tank port.

   Install new sensor

   Thread the new sensor (M12 x 1.5 thread) into the port and tighten to the specified torque to ensure an airtight seal.

   Reconnect harness

   Plug the electrical harness back into the sensor.

   Test system

   Start the tractor, allow the air compressor to fill the system, and verify that the compressed air indicator functions and the fault code clears.
