Fendt 00.1.5A – A007 - Instrument Panel: B019 - Sensor, compressed air supply (circuit 2)

The system has detected a "Sensor faulty" or "Signal fault" (signal line fault) from the B019 compressed air tank pressure sensor. This sensor monitors the pressure in the pneumatic braking circuit. When this fault is active, the compressed air display on the dash will not function. Additionally, as a safety consequence on tractors with a 2-circuit brake system, if the system reads below 4.6 bar, the 4-Wheel Drive (4WD) is permanently activated until the next cold start.

   Check the 12V power supply to the B019 sensor by inspecting the A013 fuse board (specifically Fuse 25) and the supply line from the A007 instrument panel.

   Inspect the wiring harness and connectors at separation point X168 for chafing, corrosion, or an open/short circuit that would cause a signal fault.

   Verify actual air pressure using a mechanical pressure gauge on the air tank to ensure the compressor is building and maintaining pressure above 4.6 bar, ruling out mechanical issues like compressor failure or leaks.

   Locate the Sensor

   The B019 compressed air pressure sensor is located on the right side of the tractor, mounted to the compressed air system/valve block.

   Gain Access

   Safely lift and support the tractor, remove the right rear wheel, and remove the inner metal cover panels. (Note: On some specific cab configurations, alternative access may be achieved by removing the driver seat and floor mat/panel, but wheel removal is the standard OEM procedure).

   Disconnect Electricals

   Unplug the electrical connector at separation point X168.

   Remove the Sensor

   Depressurize the air system safely. Unscrew the faulty B019 pressure sensor from its mounting port.

   Install the New Sensor

   Thread the new OEM sensor into the port and tighten to standard specifications.

   Reassembly

   Reconnect the X168 electrical connector. Reinstall the metal cover panels and the right rear wheel.

   Testing

   Start the tractor and allow the air compressor to build pressure. Verify that the dash display is reading correctly, the 00.1.5A fault code is cleared, and test the trailer brake function at a low speed before returning the tractor to service.
