Fendt 00.1.A7 – Instrument Cluster / Instrument Panel: Compressed air supply 1, overpressure

The sensor is detecting an air pressure level in the primary pneumatic circuit that exceeds the maximum safe operating threshold, or the sensor itself has failed and is sending a falsely high voltage signal.

   Connect a manual mechanical air pressure gauge to the compressed air tank test port to verify actual pressure against the sensor reading.

   If the mechanical gauge confirms actual overpressure (compressor fault): Check the air compressor's governor or unloader valve for failure to cut off the air supply.

   If the mechanical gauge shows normal pressure (sensor/wiring fault): Inspect the wiring harness and connector at the B060 sensor for corrosion, moisture, or a short-to-voltage.

   Depressurize the System

   Turn off the tractor engine. Safely bleed all compressed air from the tractor's air tanks using the drain valves. Never unscrew a pneumatic sensor while the system is under pressure.

   Locate the Sensor

   Locate the B060 pressure sensor, which is threaded into the air supply line or directly onto the compressed air tank assembly.

   Disconnect Electronics

   Unplug the electrical connector from the sensor. Clean the harness connector to ensure no dirt or moisture is present.

   Remove the Sensor

   Use a wrench to carefully unscrew the faulty sensor from the air line or tank.

   Install the New Sensor

   Thread the new sensor into the port. Ensure the threads are clean; use a pneumatic-safe thread sealant if the new sensor does not come pre-coated. Tighten to OEM specifications.

   Reconnect and Test

   Plug the electrical connector back in. Start the tractor and allow the air compressor to build pressure. Verify that the system cuts out at the correct pressure and that the 00.1.A7 code does not return.

   Clear Codes

   Use the tractor's terminal or dashboard buttons to confirm and clear the stored fault code from the instrument cluster memory.
