00.1.A9

Fendt 00.1.A9 – A007 - Instrument Panel: B019 - Sensor, compressed air supply

Issue description

Compressed air supply circuit 2, overpressure (or vacuum). It indicates that the sensor is detecting a pressure value outside of the normal operating range, or there is a signal/wiring fault.

Applies to these machines

  • 922 Vario COM III
  • 924 Vario COM III
  • 927 Vario COM III
  • 930 Vario COM III
  • 933 Vario COM III
  • 936 Vario COM III
  • FENDT 300 Vario (COM III)
  • FENDT 400 Vario (COM III)
  • FENDT 700 Vario (COM III)
  • FENDT 800 Vario (COM III)
  • FENDT 900 Vario (COM III)
  • Fendt Katana 85 Forage Harvester

Check the cause

  1. Connect a mechanical test gauge to the single-line coupling 'red' (supply) at the rear of the tractor to verify the pressure manually.

  2. Compare the mechanical gauge reading with the bar indicator display on the A007 instrument panel.

  3. If the display matches the mechanical gauge but shows abnormal pressure, check the entire compressed air system for leaks and ensure it is airtight. Repair any pneumatic leaks found.

  4. If the display is incorrect (or shows no display/warning message), check the 12V supply to the sensor and verify the integrity of A013 fuse 25.

  5. Inspect the signal line and wiring harness for shorts or breaks between the B019 sensor and the A007 instrument panel.

Repair steps

  1. Locate the Sensor

The B019 compressed air supply sensor is located on the right rear axle, mounted on the front compressed air reservoir.

  2. Access the Sensor

To gain proper access to the sensor, safely lift and support the tractor, then detach the right rear wheel.

  3. Disconnect Wiring

Locate separation point X168 on the B019 sensor and disconnect the electrical harness.

  4. Remove and Replace

Unscrew the faulty B019 sensor from the air reservoir. Install the new sensor and tighten to the specified torque.

  5. Reassembly

Reconnect the X168 electrical connector. Reinstall the right rear wheel and lower the tractor.

  6. Clear Fault Codes

Turn on the ignition. Call up the fault code memory on the instrument panel and delete the stored 00.1.A9 code to reset the system.
