Fendt 03.1.50 – A039 - MFA (Multifunction Armrest): A039 - MFA, multifunction armrest: Invalid parameters for FRONT power lift module
Issue description
The system has lost or received invalid calibration parameters for the front hitch (Front EPC - Electronic Power Control). As a safety consequence, the tractor ignores the corrupted data and defaults to using predefined, restricted values for the front power lift.

Check the cause
Check for related fault codes (such as 09.1.B2 or 09.1.B3) which indicate a physical hardware failure rather than just lost memory
Inspect the wiring harness and connectors between the A039 Multifunction Armrest, the A004 depth control setpoint potentiometer, and the front power lift position sensor
Test MFA communication on the CAN bus to ensure there are no intermittent dropouts
Repair steps
Access diagnostic menu
Turn on the tractor and access the diagnostic/calibration menu via the Vario terminal.
Input calibration code
Navigate to the calibration section and input Calibration code "9001" (Front EPC calibration).
Calibrate sensors
Follow the on-screen prompts to calibrate the front power lift position sensor and the setpoint potentiometer.
Save and cycle key
Save the calibration and cycle the tractor's key (Key OFF, wait 10 seconds, Key ON).
Test front power lift
Test the front power lift. If the calibration fails to save or the 03.1.50 code returns immediately, the internal memory of the A039 Multifunction Armrest may have failed, or the A004 potentiometer is physically defective and requires replacement.
