   Attempt a Code Clear: Note that while some dashboard faults can be cleared via the terminal buttons, fault codes stored in the A050 Basic Control Unit can only be permanently deleted using the FENDIAS diagnostic software.

   Connect the FENDIAS diagnostic interface to the tractor's diagnostic port.

   Establish communication with the A050 - ECU, basic control unit.

   Perform EOL programming

   Perform EOL (End of Line) programming. This procedure rewrites the correct factory parameters and checksums (including the pulses per revolution for the shuttle stub shaft) into the ECU's memory.

   Clear fault memory

   Clear the fault memory in the A050 ECU.

   Test shuttle functions

   Cycle the key and test the tractor's shuttle functions to ensure the code does not return.

   Repair or replace ECU

   If the EOL programming fails to write, or if the checksum error immediately returns after a battery reset, the A050 ECU has suffered an internal EEPROM/memory failure and must be sent out for board-level repair or replaced entirely.
