Fendt 08.1.4A – A050 ECU (Basic Control Unit): Faulty Y062 Solenoid Valve, Field Pressure Control (REAR)
Issue description
The system has detected a faulty Y062 solenoid valve (field pressure control, rear). As a safety measure, the valve moves to neutral and locks, which will disable the auto rear power lift functions.
Applies to these machines

Check the cause
Ensure Ignition is ON, Engine is running, and unlock the EPC on the quick lift switch (PWM signal).
Set the rear power lift field pressure to 3 bar on the Vario terminal.
Check the signal voltage at the valve. At a 3 bar setting, it should read approximately 5.9 VDC (the standard test voltage for the circuit is 11 VDC).
Verify the earth connection at pin 22 (Connector X1403).
Repair steps
Locate the Valve
The Y062 (DBVKH) solenoid valve is located at the rear of the tractor on the rear valve block.
Access
Detach the rear cover panel to gain access to the rear valve block assembly.
Removal
Relieve any residual hydraulic pressure in the system. Dismantle the rear pressure-limiting valve DW Y062 from the block.
Installation
Assemble the new rear pressure-limiting valve DW Y062 into the rear valve block.
Reassembly
Reattach the cover panel and clear the 08.1.4A fault code from the tractor's memory using the Vario terminal diagnostics. Test the rear power lift to ensure the valve no longer locks in neutral.
